Order Form Template

Hi,

Was wondering if anyone knows anywhere that does order form templates so I can just slip my photos in and put my info in there? Similar to school photo order form is fine or something more snazzy or more minimalist. Just need pointing in the right direction.

Hi, I believe there are sites on the internet where you can download them and edit them to your own requirements. If you Google templates I'm sure something will come up.

We knocked our forms up ourself using "Open Office" which is an office software that you can download for free.
