Hi There Guys,

Been doing a few searches on here but to no avail. I've been looking at an Opteka ETTL Flash Cord for my Canon 5D MKI, I have a straight flash bracket but no cord to attach my flash as of yet.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/TTL-Camera-...1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1264453347&sr=8-1-fkmr0

My question is, does this flash cord keep the ETTL of the flashes? As I want to be able to keep ETTL from my 580EX MKI and use it as the master for my 430EX MKII.

It doesn't say E-TTL on the amazon.co.uk link, but on the amazon.com link it does :s

Hope that helps.

Many Thanks

I have the Nissin one and it looks exactly the same as this.
If it says OC-E3 replacement then it will give you E-TTL.
Hope this helps you decide!

It says similar to Canon's Original Product, so I assume it is, especially with the same product on the USA website saying E-TTL
