Opinions on the Sony 30mm macro......

Has anybody had or got the above lens, I have the 90mm macro, but really want the Batis 85mm....
Thinking of selling the 90 and getting the 30 just for the odd ring shots....

Jewellery ring shots, such as wedding rings? I have both the 90mm & 30mm macro lenses. For ring close ups in te controlled lighting of a studio set up I'd prefer the 30mm just for the closer perspective, but for hand held shots in less controlled lighting I'd prefer the 90mm because the extra distance makes the camera and lens less likely to throw an annoying shadow on the ring.

It would be for wedding ring shots, and some detail shots of parts of the cake and table decorations etc. Just don't know what image quality is like from the 30..
