Opinion on Laptop

Could someone with a bit more knowledge than myself, cast an eye over the spec for the below laptop.

Will this be good enough for photo editing etc. or should i be looking elsewhere.

Im not sure if i should be going for a 17" screen or changing my spec in other places.

Doesn't look to bad TBH. 15.6" vs 17" is an interesting one. Bought a 17" Toshiba 18 months ago and Ms arad85 loves it and wouldn't go back to a 15" screen at all. It'll likely cost more though like for like (i.e. same processing power with 17" screen will cost more). If you're on a budget, £410 is quite a low price for a reasonable spec laptop...

If you want a quick, single figure view on performance, look for the processor here: http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu_list.php. That will let you get an idea of relative performance of different systems.

That looks a decent buy. New processor (plus a good speed), decent amount of ram, big screen, good name too.
