Hi, sorry if this has been asked before but could someone tell this complete computer knob-head how to quickly view a PSD file in something like Windows Picture Viewer rather than having to open and wait for Adobe P.E. each time?

I don't want to change the file to a JPEG just yet.

Also, while we are here - what is the difference between (a) JPEG and (b) JPEG 2000?

Told you I was a knob-head :bang:

Love and hugs Kryssy

Windows does not open psd files on it's own.

If you google for "open psd in windows" you will find plenty of free apps that will.

Thanks Mr Fox - you're a star.
Just downloaded IrfanView as it seemed the simplest for what I wanted.

Still don't know the difference between JPEG and JPEG 2000 though
