I recently tried to purchase 2 memory cards from onlinememory.co.uk, they took 10 days to send 1 of the cards and when I tried to contact them got only the answer machine on the phone and no responses to emails. After several times requesting the additional card I finally cancelled the order got a response to that email the next day saying how sorrythey were that I had cancelled the order and have yet to receive the refund for the unsupplied cards. They took the money on the day of the order and have refused to acknowledge any complaints about the lack of received goods. Sorry but just furious at the appalling service from what looks like a professional website. Never had such awuful service, just had to let off steam, shall not be using them again.:bang:

It would be worth posting this in the classifieds trader feddback section, so no-one else gets done.

I use 7dayshop for any memory and they have been very good.

Well, I'll know to keep away from them!

I usually buy from play.com, or mymemory.co.uk, whichever happens to be cheapest at the time!!
