Hi all

Has anyone had any expierience of purchasing from this company?...good or bad.
 
I'm interested in this too, just about to buy something from them

If you done a search on the forums it would have told you...

They're rubbish & a total rip off - you'll get conned & have to pay inport tax etc etc.....

Not really - They come recommended by a quite a few & I have used them many many atime with NO probs what so ever - the price you see is the price you pay, they will reimburse any import tax (if any) if you get charged - delivery is good and is usually within 72hrs & full tracking is available so you an see exactley where your oirder is from....

Anymore info then do the search :p

Dam that search function..

I was only looking for an L-358 and then saving up for the 1-degree spot later.. and now I've gone and ordered the L-758D instead..
 
Just bought a Sigma 10 - 20 from them, ordered on Monday afternoon arrived today at 9.30am, was £429 in jacobs, £329 from them
 
Our parcels must have been on the same flight.. mine has also arrived today.. that's a quicker service from almost half-way round the world than I've had from several UK suppliers this year.
 
I've bought a lens and a flash from them- very happy indeed.

The warranty does not transfer to the UK, but I think OSD will cover it for a period of time.

Bought a few bit of kit from them, and always had cracking service. Not had to return anything to them, so cant comment on that, but overall, I rate them.

Same as above, only problem is over the last few years since the exchange rate dropped etc the savings aren't really that great and for more expensive items i would now buy them from the UK.
 
purchased twice now
no problems
haven't tried to return anything, but the cost was what it said on the tin, delivery was as promised and the goods in excellent condition/as described.
happy to go to them again and they have a points discound loyalty system in place I think too, iirrc. not always the cheapest though, but good as far as imports go
 
Bought my last 3 lenses from them :clap:
They delivered in less than a week :)
Last one ordered thurs came next tues thats bloomin quick!

You are right it is worth checking out UK prices first which I did, but One-Stop was still £90 cheaper than the nearest UK supplier for the Tokina 11-16
Cant remember exactly how long ago it was but I got the Tamron 17-50 for the going rate secondhand:)
