A Jeep is a money pit, "Just Empty Every Pocket". I've sunk £7k+ into mine so far, not on repairs but on goodies... Sadly, my L-coholism has stopped me spending on the Jeep but next year I'll be back on it and get her to the 1/4 mile track... :D
 
I bet he's a 45 yr old virgin that still lives with his mum. Bitty anyone? :lol:

If you ask me she was looking on the wrong forum and as a result got only what was to be expected. Lets face it if she came on here and asked my BF keeps spending all his money on repairing his hasselbands should he buy a disposable camera instead?
I imagine that the response would have been a lot of info on how hasselbands are worth their weight in gold.
 
Good first reply but I do think the guy let himself down when he mentioned fluffy towels on a jeep forum...
 
If he'd mentioned fluffy towels on a Land Rover forum then yes but fluffy towels on a Jeep forum would fit right in

Haha, and Jeep better than a Land Rover ? No chance, i once drove an oldish LR with 16 gears !! It had High & Low with a splitter box AND 2WD & 4WD stick, never seen another like that, it had 3 sticks and levers in total.
