Assuming I'm choosing from cameras I already own, it would be my Yashicamat 124G - although it would be nicer if the screen was brighter.
The Mamiya RZ67 is tempting but there may come a time in life when I'm still fit enough to take photos but not fit enough to carrry the RZ around.
The Fuji GA645zi gets a lot of use now, but I know that the electrics won't last forever.

Really there are two answers to the original question and introducing age or health does complicate things more. i.e. what you would like to use for life AND the best camera for each person to last "indefinately" (can be repaired).
Well I would love to select the ETRSi but it runs on a 6v battery, so is it good for continual use for another 10 years and can it be repaired, and forgot about your good point of trying to use a RB67 in my 80s.
