Hi, Before I start I have already asked on the On1 forum site and requested help from the On1 experts.
When opening an ARW file from the Browse module it opens within a couple seconds but after processing the same image it takes up to 15 seconds to render and open
This is what I tried first,
Uninstalled On1 2022 (Re-installed) , updated NVIDIA drivers (re-installed) although stated drivers up to date, followed instruction on NVIDIA control panel, still taking 15 seconds to render ARW image that has only been passed through NoNoise on auto, set white and black points, contrast adjusted very slightly, structure and haze adjusted again slight adjustment. ARW file with NO adjustments renders in about 2 seconds.
I got the what seems to be the standard reply from On1 'Update video card, your system maybe to slow update this and that, reinstall On1 software..
My system is Win 10, 16GB ram, Ryzen 3 processor.
Seems strange to me that opening an unprocessed RAW image takes couple seconds but after processing takes about 15 seconds to open the same image.
Thanks,
Russ.
