OM10 Blurry View Finder

Bought an OM10 awhile ago and not used it to much, I want to take it out and get using it but whats putting me off is the blurry view finder.

On the focus circle in the centre seems to be in focus and the rest of slightly blurred, even the shutter speed on the left is difficult to read.

Any idea what this could be.? I am new to film so am I missing something.? I have tried changing the battery and no luck.

1. Is there a diopter or corrective lens installed in the eyepiece?
2. Are you using corrective lenses or contact lenses? (I know that sounds silly, but worth a consideration)
3. Take the lens off the camera, and have a look in the mirror box - is the focus screen seated properly, or is it out of place? It can be difficult to tell, but a really out of place focus screen should be obvious.
