I've just dug out my old XA2 that I've actually owned since new.
All seems good, (battery still works!), but the seals have turned to mush!
Anybody ever changed these? or know where I can buy a kit!

Jon Goodman is the go to guy. He is over the the US but a really good bloke to deal with.

+1 for Jon. Easy instructions supplied with quality seals. Bear in mind he sends from the US, takes about a week to get to your doorstep. Resealed a camera last night with a kit, in fact.
 
I can recommend Jon Goodman too. I used his seals to do an XA2. He used to sell the foam in big packs where you cut your own to size, I think he now sells them precut only. These were the instructions that I used to do my mine :

It's all pretty easy as long as you're patient.
