Just posting this e-mail that explains how to fix a problem I had when my software suddenly decided not to run anymore with a runtime error. I did lots of searching and couldnt find a fix till support got back with this.
The runtime error is a very common and general Windows message. A wide variety of errors cause these problems. These include:
conflicts between the TSR (Terminate and Stay Resident Program)and other
currently running applications;
software issues;
memory problems;
and harmful applications such as computer viruses.

At this stage please try the following:
1. Download MSXML.msi from:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...b4-7a5e-4790-a7cf-9e139e6819c0&displaylang=en
2. Run msxml.msi and choose Remove to uininstall msxml4.
3. Run msxml.msi a second time and install msxml4.
