Comparing it with the Panasonic Lumix 7-14, it seems to have a wider field of view than the 7mm on the Panasonic lens.
That is after correcting the lens distortion too.
After cropping, you end up with near to a 3:2 aspect ratio after starting with 4:3
Picture quality is still good, more than adequate for the use I would typically put it to.
But now the question is, is the 9mm lens cap wider than expected, or is the 7-14 not as wide as expected?
But for certain the lens cap is going to get more use in town!
