Hi all
After about 15 years of no real photos, 3 years since I bought a DSLR I thought I'd come back to my old love.
Swapped my trusty OM1n for an E410, and my Rollei 35 LED for a cannon powershot sd1100is ( I don't like cameras without viewfinders), and also a pair of reading glasses so see what all the buttons are for.
I used to shoot mainly B&W as I liked the control using a darkroom, but photoshop will do that now.
My main interests are macro photography and people (not posed).
I found this forum after a new years resolution to do a bit less onling gaming and get back to photos, strangely looking for a ringflash, and realising I still didn't need one for macro stuff. I use the trusty min apature, open shutter, take the flash off the camera and fire it around at a lower power.
