In 3 weeks,driving Vancouver to Calgary. I have 2x D750, 24-70, 70-200 and 35 Sigma Art.

Anything missing for this trip? I was thinking a polarizing filter and 6/10 stop would be useful, maybe even a TC for the 70-200. Any other suggestions?

Sounds like a nice trip. I was in Vancouver in August 14, but went north from there rather than east. If you're staying in Vancouver there's so many photo opportunities to take advantage of - highlights for me were sunset over English bay from our hotel balcony on the 20th floor, Olympic Cauldron and sunset again over the Coal Harbour from the exhibition centre, and 9 o'clock gun in Stanley park and view of city centre from there.

Depends on your preferences but I like to have something a bit wider than 24mm for landscapes (even though my 24mm tse is one of my most used landscape lenses), so if that's an option I'd be taking something in the 16-21mm range.

Good tripod and cable release as Kodiak says, but I'd also suggest a set of ND filters. 6/10 stop is nice when needed but ND filters come in useful more often for me, even if you prefer to blend exposures-reduces amount of work to do in pp.

And yes, more cards than you think you'll need! I ended up having to buy a portable HDD so that I could wipe my cards and still have 2 copies (on laptop and HDD)
