Notifications on iphone 13pro

Hi,
Just recently started using the iphone 13 pro ,I'm have a few issues not receiving notification alert sounds . Just wondered if it's something I've done or is there a problem with apple or the phone itself . I updated to ios 15.4 yesterday . Any input would be great thanks .

Checked the switch on the left side above the volume buttons?

If it’s not that, have a look to see if you have put the do not disturb “focus” on.

No issue with the wifes 13 pro on 15.4, you can disable notifications in one of the menus so may have inadventantly set something to off
