My mobile contract runs out next month and for some reason Tmobile decided to remove my internet access this month,
not that it worries me as I hardly use it.
Was in town earlier so decided to go and find out why, seems it a glitch their end and they could add, decided not a good idea
after the massive cock-up when something similar happened.
I do like them due to the good coverage I get, and it seems I was entitled to an upgrade now anyway, even though my present phone
is fine, but what can they offer ?
Seems for £5 less a month I can get far more then I had before, sadly it has to be unlimited text, which is laughable
as I only sent 14 last month :D but they can cap it so if I do go over any allowances I get told not just run up a huge
bill.
So I now have a shiny new 4G phone that is driving me nuts trying to figure t out, just a new model of my old one so easy
to use he said :banghead:
Will I ever learn :(

They all offer conditional upgrades three months before the actual upgrade date.

If you'd waited the month they'd have been throwing stuff your way.

Only went into have a moan, never intended to stay with them, but the coverage is pretty good
and it's only just into next month that my contract runs out

And they knew that :-) :-)

Hardly going to go elsewhere and get a worse service am I ?
Their customers services is rubbish, but since the original cock-up I've had no reason to contact them
amnd I suppose one glitch in 2 years isn't that bad

Also, how can you go over the allowance on unlimited text?
Am I missing something?

Yep you're missing the point that I don't know of a mobile phone contract that only does texting
As I said above it's not something I wanted but I'm sure if their is one somewhere there's quite a few people that would
love it if it's cheap, so [please do share for others' benefit
I do however use a phone for what it's suppose to be used for.... talking to people and if I should run out of minutes
they will tell me so I don't run up a huge bill, and just for the record I have gone over in the past

Ok well you only mentioned texts. No mention of minutes. Perhaps that's where my confusion lay.
Either way, it seems the kids love texts far more than minutes and tthere's a ton of cheapo tariffs with low minutes and unlimited texts.
I suppose that's why they're popular.

I get loads of minutes too, just wish I could pay less and lose the unlimited texts, but that seems to be the in thing now
so I'm stuck with it.
More internet allowance to but I rarely use that either, but it's quite a bit less then I was paying anyway
