This is OK if you have the capability to install it yourself, my worries would be finding someone who'd be prepared to install it for a reasonable price and what would happen if there was a breakdown, I think you'd be between a rock and a hard place, Installer blames CH supplier, CH supplier blames bad installation so getting it fixed is a problem, if the installer supplies and fits it's all down to him
