:bang: Just sat down to my breakfast before going to work and 2 Apache gunships fly over very low and quite slow, light was fantastic with a beautifull sky with lots of fluffy clouds.............where was my camera..........in the bag in the bedroom

Had something similar a few years ago when I was looking out of the lounge window when a Sparrow Hawk nailed a Blackbird on my lawn and sat there staring at me with the "Whose cameras in the bedroom" look on its face

We get a couple of Chinooks over one of our reservoirs
from time to time, they come low right over the dam....

Where's the camera ?........ In the van.....

Wheres the van ?, over the other side of the plant...

Can think of worse........you had camera to hand .......and battery flat.Dash across room grab camera get it out of case lens cap off all ready to rumble and :bang: that would be much more painful so you have saved yourself from the hurt
