HI guys, I recently purchased the NISI V5 system holder (and polariser), to go with a 3D printed adapter for my Olympus 7-14mm F2.8 Pro Lens.

I had some images recently which had some ghosting on them (which at first I thought was lens flare). I've since taken a proper look at the holder and it seems to me that the NISI V5 holder doesn't fully light seal against the Lee Little and Big stoppers. From the photos below, the filter is in the slot nearest the holder and I can still say daylight where the gasket isn't touching anything. Am I going mad, done a real noob mistake or does it actually look like the Lee ND filters can't actually be used in the NISI holder ?

Here's the view from the front with the big stopper in place.

Here at an angle you can see where there's a gap with daylight visible ?

And here's the holder from the back showing where the gasket doesn't fit

Thing I don't get is that to the best of my knowledge, NISI's own ND filters are also 100x100mm, so I can't see how they form a light seal either (I actually don't own any NISI filters) ?

Then again, finding an image of the big stopper fitted in a genuine Lee holder, show something similar. Am I missing something here ?

On the Lee system, there would be an adapter covering the gaps you can see when actually in use. Is the same not true of the Nisi?

I am also interested in this as I have the Lee filters but would like to use the Nisi holder on my Olympus 7-14mm lens? Has anyone concluded if this will work successfully or not? Thanks
