Is anybody like me struggling to get hold of a Nintendo Wii ?
I have just secured myself one as an import from a German trader. I sent him my details. He called me and spoke perfect English. We did a deal. I paid him. He dispatched it immediately the funds cleared. He has sent me the courier tracking number and it is on it way.
It's not cheap but equally it's not as expensive as E-Bay. I have not had to chase around shops or mess around with the hit and miss nature of bidding on e-Bay just to make e-Bay or its traders richer from the farcical supply situation. Most importantly of all, I can guarantee I have one for my kids on Xmas day. For me that's priceless.
I will only need to use a plug convertor (£3 from Maplin) and I have got 2 years full EEA warranty instead of a 1 year UK warranty. I have got English manuals from the Ninetendo website even though I think they are multi-lingual with the machine and the game anyway.
Anyway, if anyone is GENUINELY interested in acquiring one for their kids, he still has 10 in stock which he is willing to export. The price is circa £230 / 320 Euros. If you are interested and are seeking to buy it for yourself, please private message me and I will give you the contact details.
I assure you I am not making any money out of the recommendations. I'd just like to help anyone else in the same situaton.
