Hello all!
So after having my D3000 for 2 years today I purchased a D5100 for £599 from Jessops, London Camera Exchange wanted £640 and online wasn't much cheaper than Jessops and I fancied it for Christmas so took the lunge... Only annoying thing is I left my SD Card in London :bonk: as I found out when I pulled out my D3000 in Devon.
So I asked them if they'd throw one in and was met with a certain no, :nono: Oh well.. Welcome to 2011 I guess!
Was slightly peeved to notice that the battery is slightly smaller! IE my two spares are now redundant and will have to purchase more, but on the plus side - a new camera! Does anyone have a Flickr page where I can see some shots from their D5100?
Plus anyone got any handy tips for it? I will be using manual and excited for the larger ISO range.
I'm hoping to see a good improvement, also looking forward to the 1080 filming... Now just bring on the snow!
