At the beginning of July i returned two batteries to be exchanged for ones that are updated to suit my D500. I received a letter saying they had received the batteries and on the letter is my Request ID and Customer Number so i am able to log in and see the progress.
As already said this was back in July and every time i log in it says its still in progress so i contacted them by Email a week ago with my details and they have not replied as yet.
Surely things don't take this long to do and I'm surprised that they have not kept me up to date.
