Nikon TTL cords SC 28/29

If anyone has either of these cords, could you tell me how long they are and how far will they stretch, within reason. I have searched all over and the length is not mentioned anywhere.

Also is there an alternative cable that will do the same job, but isn't £55 or 65

To be fair, there are a million and one imitations that will all do the job. I have a 3m version (think it's a Yongnuo version) but I have seen 10-metres ones. Most seem to be coiled, which means they do have a habit of not fully stretching, hazardous if it's attached to a light on a stand.

Think I paid about £25 for a 3m one off of flea bay

I bought a couple off ebay. A 2 mtr and a 10 mtr. Never used the 10 mtr one though. I think they were about £5 and £12 IIRC.
Works perfectly well though.

what camera do you have , some nikon cameras have the CLS system built in. so you can fire the flash by remote.
