Nikon Second Year Warranty....oh dear

Just received the paperwork through today from Homeserve for the 2nd year of warranty on my D300, they managed to get the model wrong (noted as a D200) the purchase date wrong (3 months before the D300 was even launched) and the serial number wrong.

On the bright side, they did offer to extend it for an extra year....if I paid them £120

I've never got any paperwork through from these people.

When I phoned to register my D700 from July they'd never ever heard of it!

Well I got the D300 in jan and told em twice and still no bloody reply.

Still, I bet there is only one person dealing with it all :shake:

Yeah - badly

The girl didn't even seem surprised or fazed when I told her, she just ammended the details, as if she did it all the time.
