I finally got the estimate quote from Nikon and the insurance company will paid out. I dropped my nikon 28-70 f2.8 2 months ago and I kinda cocked up on the process of claim but is all sorted now. The insurance will contact nikon to proceed with the repair. Anyone know what else is being replace apart from focus motor and rubber?

A judicious bit of searching on the part numbers shows that the two items at 14.81 are FPCs (flexible printed circuit boards) for the focus and zoom systems.

The sliding frame is a tube that is part of the body of the lens (I guess it carries a lens element and slides when zooming). I've got a PDF of a 24-70mm repair manual, but I can't place it exactly.
