Nikon product registration log in problems

I've been trying to log in at Nikon to register a camera.
The site asked me to change to a new password, which I did. Each time I now try to get in, it either says my email is wrong or takes me to do the password change again.

I've made about 10 attempts to log in now, has anyone else been having similar problems?

Just created an account with Nikon USA and added my D70s without any problems at all.

Is the password you have been using correct in format?
 
I'm entering all the proper details/format, but it's just giving me the runaround for some reason.
 
Just tried my login and it's also not accepting mine (email or password incorrect) ... they aren't ... system fail!
 
Apparently my email address doesn't exist in the database anymore!

Yes but it didn't recognise my details, then I went here: https://www.nikonimgsupport.com/eu/BV_sign_in and it explained that the support system had been updated and my account had been locked, I needed to reset my password. It did eventually send me a link and I was able to update my password and I am back in and all of my registered products are showing.

I had the same message as you Gramps, and reset the password, but it doesn't seem to have worked for me. The log in page keeps asking for an email address now, even though I've put it in.

Yes, just tried that, and you have to be logged in to send a message! I'll try getting them on the phone tomorrow. What a palaver eh!
