Nikon Job NR ! Message

Hi everyone can some shed some light on tonight long exposure shoot.
When i get to f16 and 10 seconds i get a message of job nr with no capture but it will work at 8 seconds.
Its a nikon d200 and 18-70 3.5-4.5g lens.

please help

Its doing dark noise current subtraction - this is a good thing.

If you really don't want this, turn off Long Exposure NR.

You have NR turned on, and every shot you take, the camera then takes a second exposure with the shutter closed. If you don't want it to do it, turn off NR.
