nikon d800 nef files & cs6

hi I have just obtained cs6 to my computer & find that the nikon d800 raw files do not open. It seems that camer raw 7.1 that comes wiht cs6 does not support the d800. Does anyone know about this & what can be done. regards colin.

The Camera Raw 7.2 is the first ACR update to not be available as a download file to be installed offline, and has to be updated through the update mechanism in Photoshop CS6. What you do if you don't have an internet connection I don't know. :shrug: The goal of this release is to provide additional camera raw support, lens profile support and address bugs that were introduced in previous releases of Camera Raw.
