Hi,
I'm trying to access "Optimise Image" on a D80.

It displays a message, "not available with current settings"

I've tried reset and the 2 button reset but still cant get into Optimise Image.

Any suggestions please.

Firstly, I didn't know there was an optimise image function!!!

But if you are referring to D-Lighting etc, can I ask is the image in Monochrome, as I have found it won't make any amendments if so. May well be the same problem.
 
Is it set for RAW or Jpg? I dont think you can access that setting with RAW.
(may be completely wrong mind)
 
Thanks Nawty, you are correct, take it off Auto then "Optimize Image" is available.
