Just got a battery grip ( from China),
And it works well. [emoji41]
Not a bad price either.

I thought there were no battery grip contacts on the base of the D7500. It will be interesting to see how it works if it does fit a D7500.

It slots into the battery compartment, after removal of the door, only holds 1 battery though, but much better in portrait mode.

Does it fire the shutter and have the front/rear dials to adjust aperture/shutter speed?

Just found one on eBay and can now see how it works with the shutter.
