Nikon D7000 video file?

Took some video with the D7000, went onto my laptop to copy it across but i couldnt find the file on the memory card? Can view the video on the camera but cant see the file? Any ideas what could be wrong? Anything i need to change?
Shot at 720p 25fps.

there is an option to specify which card slot the movie is recorded to - maybe you put it on the other card ??
