Guys, I'm struggling to find the best way to do this. I simply want to use the iPad as live view to allow me to critically focus some macro images before taking the shot. I've looked at Camranger and also the Nikon WU-1b. I can't seem to find if the latter is compatible with the D700 or not. There may well be a simpler way, too. Could anyone please advise me on the easiest way to achieve this, please?

The D700 isn't listed on the Nikon website for for the WU-1b so wouldn't go down that route. however I did find this online that claims to do it :)

Thank you, Andy. Yes, that's one of the ones I spotted, too. You need to get the Case Air with for that, it seems. The problem I'm finding is that most of the info out there comes in from threads that are several years old so deducing what solutions now work with a D700 which didn't back then is a little difficult.
