Nikon D700 - glasses wearer

Hi all.

looking to get back into photography and fancy going old skool.

I had a D700 back in the day but that was before the eyesight went south and I know have to wear multi focal glasses.

does anybody have experience of the D700 and wearing glasses. Do you get on ok? Any problems.

as an alternative I’m looking at the panny G80.
A different beast I know but supposedly ok for glasses wearers due to the high eye point.
Any glasses wearers used this camera?

maybe a decent Mirrorless with a good evf and live view is the way to go?

All advice is welcome.
Ps I can’t find either camera local to me to try out.

I have a D700 and wear glasses with progressive lens (multi focal.) I have no problems using the camera.

I wear glasses and have never found any problems using a myriad of cameras , you can if experience problems change the eye cups on most cameras to ones that cut out extraneous light

I had a D700 for a while and never found an issue with wearing glasses and shooting with it

I wear varifocals and had no problems using my D700.
