Geez that's a good price, especially when you consider it has £125 cash back too making the total price £775!

Its a belting body, new for that. Its my trusty spare, AF is a bit weak in low light and centered around the middle, but its hardly terrible.

The D750 and D810 are better for AF and cost more. Most FX buyers probably want the better body.

Its a good deal. Only a few £'s more than a Grey import. You have to spend a bit more to get the cash back ie on a new lens!

I misread that then - that's OK then, well for me as I have a D610 to sell and I was just watching the 2nd hand price plummet in my mind!!

Yeah, seems cheapest way is to get it with the 35G DX, sell that at a loss of around £10-20 after cashback. Total of about £790.

Talking of cash back, I have just bought a qualifying camera and lens but a Grey version. Has anyone tried to claim or know if you can or am I likely to open up a can of worms if I try?

Why not? D610 + 35mm is 1039, 145 cashback makes it 894, sell the lens and its about 800 for the body.

Grey wont qualify.
