Folks,
I got the D40 for Christmas and the time finally came to delete the 835 pictures I've taken. I've got a full set on the PC, so I did another sync with my wife's PC (For safety) then deleted the files. No problem! I've taken some more, but it's now started numbering again. Obviously I had the camera set in the wrong mode and it's restarted numbering. Now I've got myself in a bit of a tiss though. I'm aiming to have the camera continue saving files from the last number (836). Now it's started from 0 and it;'s also started a few new folders! It's a minor issue and Picture Project doesn't care... I'm not that clever though! Any thoughts on how to make the camera shoot from the 836 filename up? I could I suppose take take 835 pictures and scrap them with the camera in the correct mode, but there must be a quicker way!
Cheers
