Hey guys, hopefully this is the correct place to ask..
Basically i thought i would have a quick practise of making a timelapse video out of my bedroom window, using a Viltrox JY-710 remote timer.
I set the delay to 5 seconds
Long to 1 sec
Intvl to 1 sec
number to 110

camera is on MF
F3.8
Aperture mode

So when i press start on the remote, it waits 5 seconds then starts taking photos as it should. it gets about 20 ish photos in and then stops taking pics, but the remote continues on as if nothing has changed

Any idea why its stopping there? its prob something basic that ive missed

The only thing I can think of is this.

If it's a longish exposure, the camera may auto apply LE noise reduction. This takes a few seconds per image. I can get only guess that there is a backlog and the buffer is filling up.

Use the same settings but take the next lot in jpeg and see if it makes a difference. Alternatively, turn off LE noise reduction.

Let me know if this makes a difference
