Hi everyone!

Im looking to start photography as a hobby, and after speaking to a chap in a local camera shop yesterday, iv been looking at the Nikon D3100. In the shop it was up for £369, with the 18mm-55mm lens included, and NO CF card/carrier included.

Seems an alright price, but looking online I have found a site called 'Multizoneav', which stocks the D3100 and is selling it for £220! The sites layout doesnt look very special, and if im honest a little dodgy, but I dont know how to tell if it is dodgy, or just a good deal?!

The saying, 'if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is..' springs to mind, but I dont want to miss out on a bargain if its a legit seller!

The link to the site is here, if anybody is interested.

Any thoughts, opinions or experiences welcome, thanks, Dan.

Ah thanks alot Decca!

Deffinately wont be buying from them then. What a shame, thats a bloody good price aswel!

Nevermind eh, il just keep saving my pennies and go for the one I can buy in person at a real shop!

Thanks again for your help guys.. :)

And funnily enough payment by credit card is 'not available at the moment' but plenty of other means of payment which give you no protection are!

Daniel There's no such thing as a free luch. if it seems too good to be true it certainly is. DSLR margins are small nowadays.
The D3100 is the best entry level DSLR around at the mo, loads of my clients have bought them and I see some cracking performance and results plus xlnt fit and feel.

£369 is a very low price. Which shop I wonder.
