Just thought I would tell everyone what excellent service I have received this week. I had the misfortune to drop my SB900 at a family do at the weekend, so Monday morning I gave Nikons spares line a call and got an answer phone, I left a message and an hour or so later I got a call back from a very helpfull lady ( I broke the red cover that covers the AF lights and sensors) She gave me the price inc delivery of £14.70, result expected a lot more. I then asked about the remotte and PC sync socket covers for my D200 which she said she would include FOC, result again. Anyway post arrived today with my parts from Nikon.

Just excellent service.
 
Yep. I've always had similar service from them too. Very good. :clap:

Really? I've always found them to be dismal to deal with, it took me umpteen phone calls and emails to order parts the last time, always an answerphone and no-one ever called back...

I have also had good service from Nikon, When my D70 died, they arranged collection and delivered it back all FOC.
 
I had to send in my 17-55 for manual focusing problems. Bought the lens in Canada, sent to Nikon Poland for repair. Came back two weeks later in perfect condition. No hassles.
...well, I did get the receipt that they received it for repair AFTER I got the lens back from the repair :)
