Nikon Coolpix P7700

Anyone bought one or thinking about it. With all this talk about Sony and Fuji it doesn't really get a look in. I know Nikons aren't generally rated too highly in the compact market but I find them very good and above the hype of some others.

If you have one.... would love to know your thoughts as I'm considering a purchase.

I looks like a good camera, I was going to buy one for the wife with the main resaon being it can command my flashguns.

But then I found a Sony NEX-C3 at a bargin price and we got that instead.

I also find the flashgun command a useful step forward although to be fair if was using a compact instead of my DSLR would I really be carrying around my flash.
