Nikon cleaned my D3000 Viewfinder for free

Hi, just wanted to let people know that if your Camera is still in Warranty then nikon will clean it for free.

I had dust in the Viewfinder which was visible when you looked through it because I used a Rocket Blower which put it there. Sent it to Nikon expecting them to charge me for it but they did not.

Thought I would share this.

Very useful to know! Thanks - how quick was the turnaround? I can live with the dust in my viewfinder but it is annoying sometimes.

Well I posted it Last Tuesday and got an Email from them yesterday saying it had been Shipped out so should be back today or Monday.

I have just got a D7000 so I am going to be selling the D3000 thats the reason why I sent it back to them to see if they would clean it for me.
