Nikon Cashbacks or price falls

Nikon haven't had a cashback promotion for a few months on some of the better cameras. Anyone aware of either an upcoming cashback maybe December or January on D300's or D700's or else any likely falls in retail prices. Prices seem to be on the up rather than down due to £ exchange rate.

There was supposed to be a D700 cut (most of the world got this cut)

However we got £50 off (which most retailer only partially passed on) and Capture NX2 "free" instead.

The D700 should hit £1499 soon. Sorry, don't know anything about D300 price cuts.

My information is usually accurate.. but its via back channels and not high enough up the "food chain" to know for sure..
