Nikon 24mp FF image quality differences ?

Not really.
The D600 and D610 have the same sensor, apparently the D750 has a slightly modified sensor but to my eye they are as near as godamnit the same as to not worry about.
I think what is far more interesting is the colour profile of the 24mp sensors compared to the previous 12mp FF sensors which I found to have nicer colours. The newer ones seem to have a stronger red channel.
