Aside from the FT3 and the EL2, all of the Nikkormat's were non-AI bodies primarily - indexing via the "rabbit ears". The AIS lenses you have will probably have the rabbit ears, and will work fine (some AIS lenses don't have them though). The AF-D lenses can be mounted but will only meter in stop down mode, that is to say you have to meter by stopping down to the desired aperture.
If you want full compatibility with your AIS and AF-D lenses, you may want to either look for the Nikkormat FT3/EL2 (however, they were a very small proportion of Nikkormats), or another of the Nikon AI bodies (FE, FM, FG et al.).
