Nik crashing - High Sierra or cc 2018 problem?

Just noticed that Nik Color efex Pro and Silver efex pro have started crashing Photoshop every time I run them (although curiously Viveza seems fine). Only recent changes to my system are an upgrade to High Sierra and the latest cc updates, so I'm guessing one of those has broken it.

They run and save fine when launched from Lightroom so I can use that as a workaround until DXO launch new/updated versions next year but wondered if I was alone or if anyone else has found another fix?

Mmm. I was going to check to see what happens on my system but Nik has disappeared from my Photoshop filers list. All works fine out of Lightroom, but I'll have to relink it to Ps.

I had issues with Nik not working after a CC update.
An un-install and re-install of Nik sorted the problem so i would try that first.

I use high sierra and photoshop and nik so far only one problem. I had to re install nik after the last photoshop upgrade

I've had no problems with nik on my MacBook running high sierra, although that is with Lightroom, I never use it with PS.
