hi, i have a fujifilm s7000. im having a problem taking pictures at night and cannot find any details in the manual that help me.
i need to know the best settings for outdoor night time shooting, exspecially what to do when taking pics like blackpool illuminations and fireworks. can anyone help me please.
 
slow shutter speeds, it will get you more detail and produce great effects for fireworks, but you need a tripod ! stick your camera on manual or shutter mode and away you go
 
just went outside to give it a go. i placed it on shutter mode and then lowered the shutter speed. this was the result without the flash.

they just dont seem right to me.
 
just checked this and tried it with diffrent shutter speeds and saw the difference. thanks for the help
