Nightclub Photographer

I'm a nightclub photographer for fotoparty.co.uk - tillate are our rivals lol
They suck, they don't pay ANYTHING (all you get is free entry and que jump, we get the same but get paid £20 per 80 photos each venue so you can work say 3 venues a night and get £60! I worked 2 tonite and got £30, not bad for 2 hours work!).
Most of the photographers that work for tillate are amuters, and they give them rubbish cameras (iv met loads of tillate photographers and they are all given those 'SLR-like' cameras). We give photographers 400Ds (I have one myself already but fotoparty is buying a few of them in a few weeks time for those without their own cameras).
Their photos all come out overexposed and everyone looks orange!
The people who work for fotoparty.co.uk are ex-tillate photographers, one actually sued them.
However, that being said, I think they get some really cool events (like celeb events, not nightclub photography).

I've seen, and been photographed at a magazine launch party by Tillate. Some of the shots they get are pretty cool, and it doesn't seem like a bad way to spend an evening photographing attractive girls at clubs. But it only seems to be the people, not the bands and things. Maybe they don't show them on the site but the photographers photograph them too.

Yep its mostly people, we do the same for the simple reason that 90% of people who want their photo taken will download the photo of themselvs over any photo of the venue or other surroundings.
If there's extra photos of items in the club/event, people will probably look at it and think 'thats cool' and then click on to the next image, noone really downloads them so there's not much point of adding them to the site.
