Hello there is a kart track quite near by and I was going to pop there after work
However it will be dark. The track is fully floodlit but still dark. How to you challenge these tricky situations? As they normally seem to
Come out dark. Any help would be great just trying to learn how to use them more.

this is where your kit really comes into it's own I think
kit shouldn't limit a photographer, it should be the person behind the lens.
but when the environment is challenging.....
so ...do you have a zoom f2.8 lens to use? the lighting should be good but this will help

that was the main reason i wanted to try it. My sigma 70-200 2.8 has just came and wanted to try it out.

well now we know what lens you have... perhaps you can tell us the camera.. helps us know any limitations..

basic theory is... f2.8 ..highest ISO your happy wiht... whats left is your shutter speed... if thats still too slow then pan.. otherwise...click click :)

Camera is a 400d I believe the iso goes to 1600 but the images dont seem to be up to
Much even at that.
