Hi all,
I never tried for Night photography but now I want to start night photography for th night animals picture taking. What are the things that I should keep in mind while taking a photographs at night ? Have you ever do the night photography ? Can you give me the tips for the night photography ?Thanks in advance if you can help.

So just to confirm, you are looking to photograph animals at night?

I want to check this as that sort of photography differs greatly from general night photography. Generally you will have a long shutter speed and the camera will be locked off on a tripod.

However if your subject is moving, you will not be able to use a long shutter speed because motion blur would be a massive problem. You will need to use a flashgun, ideally more than one.

Take your urban fox - they generally tend to try and stay in the shadows where possible. You will need to add the light for the exposure, and that is before we get into issues with auto focus.

If I didn't get your intentions correctly, let us know.
